Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you use the Vintage Vine & Co. website and buy from us. By placing an order you agree to them.

Using the website You must provide accurate information when you register and order, and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that are used to commit fraud or abuse the service.

Products and pricing We take care to show our jewellery accurately, but colours may vary slightly with your screen, and handmade pieces can differ a little from photographs. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated. Shipping and optional gift-wrapping charges are shown before you pay. We may correct pricing errors, and if we do we will contact you before shipping the order.

Orders and payment An order is confirmed when payment succeeds. Payment is handled by Razorpay. We may cancel an order, for example if a piece is no longer available or we suspect fraud, and will refund anything you have paid.

Discount codes and gift cards Discount codes have their own conditions (dates, minimum order value, usage limits) shown when you apply them, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift cards are valid until the expiry date on the card, are redeemable only on this website, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Treat a gift-card code like cash: we cannot replace a code that has been shared or used.

Shipping, cancellation, returns and refunds These are described in our Shipping Policy and Cancellation, Returns & Refunds page, which form part of these terms.

Reviews Reviews you submit must be honest and about a piece you bought. We may hide or remove reviews that are abusive, misleading or off-topic.

Intellectual property The photographs, text, designs and branding on this website belong to Vintage Vine & Co. and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Liability We are responsible for delivering pieces that match their description. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts at the location of our registered office.
